Team Vegas Water Polo is honored to have Senior National Team Athletes Rachel Fattal and Chancellor Ramirez offer us their insights into the National Team Workout Program.

Rachel and Chance have both taken the time to make these videos just for Team Vegas!

Rachel is a Gold Medalist for Team USA from the 2016 Olympics - Bio Here

Chance is a 2x NCAA Champion and has been a Sr Team athlete since 2013, and is working towards competing in the Olympics for Team USA. - Bio Here

Genai Kerr - Ball Handling and Staying Active Drills

​These drills can be done with a water polo ball, soccer ball, volleyball, or any sports ball you may have around the house.  Work on your release from different angles.  Good shooters are able to shoot the ball from any angle.  Thank you Genai for making this Video.
