WAVES – Ages 6-11yrs
Waves is designed for athletes interested in becoming competitive water polo players. Workouts consist of learning fundamentals while enhancing physical fitness and self-confidence.  Basic swimming and treading water skills are needed to begin in this group.

Athletes in this group need be able to swim 50yds without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.
